Problem → solution

Problem

Dispatchers and admins tracked jobs, trucks, and invoices by hand. Slip photos and handwritten gallons then had to be re-typed into accounting — slow, error-prone, and hard to audit.

Solution

Built a company admin web app on Next.js backed by NestJS: live order & dispatch boards, customer/equipment registries with QR tagging, truck health, inventory, invoicing, reporting, notifications, and integration settings (including QuickBooks sync).

Outcomes

  • Centralized ordering, dispatch, and customer equipment in one panel
  • QR-tagged assets instead of paper labels on remote sites
  • Invoices and activity feeds that sync toward accounting automatically
  • Role-ready settings for integrations and notifications

My role

Led NestJS APIs for admin domains and coordinated frontend delivery for urgent UI updates.

What this surface ships
